Buying a used vehicle is a big decision and if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return it to the Elhart facility (Elhart Pontiac GMC Jeep or Elhart Dodge Nissan Hyundai) you purchased it from within the first three days or 200 miles, whichever comes first, if the following conditions are met: (sorry only one used return per person.)
You may return your Elhart used vehicle to the Elhart used vehicle location you purchased it from and receive FULL CREDIT within 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first, providing the following conditions have been met:

ELHART 30 DAY 1,000 MILE EXCHANGE POLICY
- You have not damaged your Elhart used vehicle in any way.
- Your vehicle received a warranty.
You may return your Elhart used vehicle to the Elhart used vehicle location you purchased it from and receive FULL CREDIT within 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first, providing the following conditions have been met:
FULL CREDIT shall consist of the price you paid, plus options and warranties, state sales tax, license fees and trade-in allowance. Any damage sustained with your Elhart used vehicle in your possession is your responsibility. You will not receive FULL CREDIT if any service work has been done on the vehicle that was traded in, you will pay all repairs against the vehicle. The vehicle that was traded in can be sold. If the vehicle is sold, compensation will be given back to you based on Appraised Wholesale Value at the time the vehicle was traded in. Sorry, only one used vehicle exchange per person, and the exchange will be based on the market value posted on Elhart.com
- FULL CREDIT must be applied towards the purchase of another Elhart used vehicle at the facility you purchased it from, being either Elhart Pontiac GMC Jeep or Elhart Dodge Nissan Hyundai. We are sorry but we cannot do a cross refund from one lot to another.
- If your vehicle is financed, credit approval must be made for the purchase of your replacement vehicle by the lending institution.
- If your vehicle received a warranty.
